Portland Foundation for Public Education Fund - Shirley Storz Smith Scholarship Fund
Named subfund of the Portland Foundation for Public Education, to provide a college scholarship. The intent of the Shirley Storz-Smith Scholarship is to recognize and reward active service, productive citizenship, scholastic achievement and excellent character in a Portland Public Schools’ graduate who wishes to pursue a vocational career.
